In Partnership with Building the Bridges Community Services

Grace Avenue is proud to partner with Building the Bridges Community Services as they work with Little Elm ISD to operate a Community Resource Center at the Colin Powell building in Little Elm.
 
Our Director of Missions & Community Outreach, Keri Keck, is also the Executive Director of Building the Bridges. She will office out of the Colin Powell Center part of the week to operate services including Feed My Sheep Food Pantry, Buttons and Bows Foster Closet, and a Clothes Closet for K-12 grade Little Elm Students.
 

As part of our partnership with Building the Bridges, we need your help to provide ongoing volunteer support for these programs:

FEED MY SHEEP FOOD PANTRY
Wednesdays:
• GROCERY PICKUP – 7:45-9:00am
• PACKING FOOD BOXES – 9:00-11:00am
• DISTRIBUTION – 11:00am - 2:00pm

Feed My Sheep is a community food pantry. We need help picking up, sorting, and handing out groceries.

We also need food donations. We are especially in need of Jelly, Cereal, Canned Tuna, Canned Potatoes, and Canned Soups. Donations can be dropped off at Grace Avenue by the world map or in the Grace on the Go trailer, or at the Colin Powell Center each Wednesday or Thursday from 9:00am - 3:00pm.

LITTLE ELM ISD CLOTHING CLOSET
Thursdays | 9:30-11:30am & 12:30-2:30pm

BUTTONS & BOWS FOSTER CLOSET

1st Saturdays | 9:00am - 12:00pm

The Little Elm ISD Clothing Closet is open for students of Little Elm ISD during the week, and Buttons & Bows is a clothing closet that supports foster families, adoptive families, and those with kinship placements in their homes.

We need help sorting and handing out donations for both clothing closets. We also welcome your clothing donations during the closet operating hours. We need all sizes and styles for children and teenagers, especially socks and underwear.
